No Returns or Refunds Due to the exclusive and limited nature of our collections, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any products. All sales are final. We encourage you to carefully review your order before completing your purchase to ensure you have selected the correct size, color, and quantity.

Lost or Damaged Products We understand that occasionally items may be lost or damaged during shipping. In such cases, we are happy to assist you.

  • Damaged Products:

    • If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
    • Send an email to scratchgolfersocialclub@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.
    • We will review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement product at no additional cost.

  • Lost Products:

    • If your product is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.
    • Send an email to scratchgolfersocialclub@gmail.com with your order number and any relevant shipping information.
    • We will investigate the issue with the shipping carrier. If the product is confirmed lost, we will send you a replacement product at no additional cost.
  • Limited Edition:
    • Limited edition products are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged.
    • Damage that qualifies for a return includes but is not limited to significant defects or functional issues.
    • Please contact us immediately upon receiving a damaged item to arrange for a return or exchange.
